Privacy and Cookie Policy
In compliance with national legislation (Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code) and European Regulation No. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), this website respects and safeguards the privacy of its visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe upon users’ rights.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to online activities on this website and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it is used.
Legal Basis for Processing
This website processes data based on user consent. By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.
Providing data and thus consent to the collection and processing of data is optional; the User may deny consent and may revoke a previously given consent at any time (via the Contact link on the site). However, denying consent may make it impossible to provide certain services, and the browsing experience on the site may be compromised.
Data Collected and Purpose
As with all websites, this site uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may include:
-
Internet Protocol (IP) address;
-
Type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
-
Name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
-
Date and time of visit;
-
Web page of origin (referral) and exit;
-
Possibly the number of clicks.
This information is processed automatically and collected in an exclusively aggregated form to verify the proper functioning of the site and for security reasons. Such information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users. These data are never used for user identification or profiling but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users; such information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
If the site allows comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, the site automatically detects and records certain user identification data, including the email address. These data are voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the service request. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy and, in particular, consents to the contents being freely disseminated to third parties.
The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service.
The information that users of the site choose to make public through the services and tools provided is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability for any violations of laws. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have permission to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.
The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. In any case, the data collected by the site will never be provided to third parties for any reason, unless it is a legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in the cases provided by law.
Data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for 7 days.

The web hosting provider, Register.it SpA, which acts as a co-data controller, processes data on behalf of the controller and is located within the European Economic Area, operating in accordance with European standards.
